About Staff Services
Staff Services provides key services, including consultancy and advice, to the University in the following areas:
Workplace Relations: conditions of employment, job design, job classification/remuneration, and contract development.
Recruitment: advertising, recording vacancies, selection, and induction.
Probation and Promotion: administration and advice on procedures, including servicing of relevant committees.
Remuneration and Benefits: personnel records, payroll delivery, salary packaging, superannuation.
Staff Development: skill development, and management for continuous
improvement.
Organisational Development: advice on change management and organisational structures.
Information Management: statistics and reports, human resource information management system (Alesco)
