Work Planning and Performance Review
Curtin staff members are required to complete a work plan and a performance review at least annually. Please read the following documents carefully before starting the WPPR process. Also, please note that there is no longer any need for a cover sheet to be forwarded. Auditing will occur through an annual survey.

Staff Services recommends you use the templates below in the WPPR process. Areas are welcome to amend the templates to suit their particular circumstances. On completing the WPPR process with staff in the area, please forward the Developmental Needs Summary to the Organisational Development Unit.
