Introduction

Welcome to the Management/Staff Consultative Committee (MSCC) home page.

The MSCC was established as part of the latest Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2005-2008 to facilitate the implementation and monitoring of employment provisions according to the Agreement.

Three elected General Staff members sit on the Committee to represent matters relating to the workplace and how they affect General Staff. Please contact either Andrew, Janice or Linda by clicking on the Menu item Contact Us on the left if you would like to discuss issues relating to policy and change management affecting staff.

• Committee Constitution
• The MSCC shall:
  1. Consult and contribute to the implementation of the Agreement;
  2. Provide a forum for open communication and consultation;
  3. Act as a forum for consultation and negotiation on other workplace issues arising from time to time; and
  4. Consult on policy changes affecting conditions of employment
