Local Agreements
As a staff member you have a choice of whether you are employed by way of a Certified Agreement or an Individual Transitional Employment Agreement (ITEA) .
If you choose to look further at the option of an Individual Transitional Employment Agreement then you must contact Staff Services to arrange to speak with an officer authorised to negotiate an ITEA with you. You may be represented in these negotiations by a 'bargaining agent'.
Some employees are employed to perofrm 'non-typical functions' and as such may be subject to a local agreement. All such agreements are listed on this page.
